I am a Brookmeadow fan. The course is a nice layout, is well taken care of and the price is fair. It is definitely on my heavy rotation list.

The Good

Everything is about the club is well done. From the nice clubhouse to the course to the maintenance, everything leaves you feeling positive about the place.
Well maintained: we've had some bad weather this season, but the greens are in fantastic shape. They roll smooth and fast. There are some low lying areas with damage but they are clearly marked as ground under repair (hallelujah).
Driving range
Professional and courteous staff.

The Bad

Pace of play left something to be desired. I guess that is the downside of a good course: lots of people want to play it.
The back to back par 5's on 8 and 9 is a bit of a strange way to lay out a course.

Other Notes

If anyone has any other comments on the pace of play, I'd be very interested. It would be interesting to know if that is normal or a special occurrence.
