Full Review:

Presidents Golf Course offers good golf at a good price. The course is definitely short playing about 5600 yards and par 70 from the tips. With that in mind, it is a pleasant place to play and recommended for a relatively simple round of golf.

The Good

Hilltop location which keeps the course relatively dry, presents interesting hole layouts and allows some nice views of Boston.
Generally well maintained with some patches of missing grass. There have been a number of improvements to the course recently with most of those filling in nicely.
Conveniently located near 93 just south of Boston
Inexpensive

The Bad

No yardage markers on the par three tees despite some deep tees where the real yardage could vary significantly from the reported yardage on the card.
Fairway yardage markers are difficult to spot or sometimes missing.
The lack of length on the course creates a mini-golf feel on some of the par 3s.
Outings for local groups are common and can make play on the course quite slow.

Other Notes

The layout of the course is a bit tight. It is quite easy to end up in a parallel fairway on many holes. This does have the positive side effect that wild balls are generally findable and only penalize you by forcing you to play a return shot over trees. The downside is that you need to be heads up to avoid errant shots.
Numer 6: Aim your tee shot along the left tree line. A well struck drive leaves an easy approach shot.
Number 11: A shot of about 180 yards will clear the bunkers and hit fairway setting up a short approach shot.
Number 15: Driving the ball about 220 yards will leave the ball in the middle of the fairway to set up a safe shot along the fairway or an over-the-water shot of about 230 yards.
