Full Review:

Atlantic Country Club is an all around solid golf course. It offers a good course, good practice facilities and a pleasant environment. The course does not have all of the polish that some of its higher priced neighbors have, but is still recommended for a fun round.

The Good

• Good layout with challenging and interesting holes. The course requires a variety of shots and presents a variety of bends, undulations and greens.
• Nice practice range along with free range balls with your greens fee.
• Good signage to help you get from Route 3 to the course.

The Bad

• A little expensive: still cheaper than the upscale courses around Plymouth, but it may be a bit much for some.
• In many places the weeds underneath trees are not mown. We had a few extended searches for wayward balls.
• The sand is so fluffy as to almost not feel like sand. I never was able to really figure out how to handle it properly. Pointers on it are welcome.

Other Notes

• You don't need much off the tee on number 5. A drive of about 200 yards will leave you well positioned for a downhill shot to the green.
